As Sudha Reddy's brainchild, we are designed to spark growth and joy in the lives of individuals. SR Foundation majorly focuses on two vital segments - women and children. Our aim is to champion the rights and well-being of the underprivileged, to establish a world where each woman and child possesses not only the liberty to dream but also the capability to overcome societal and economic impediments. This is realized through the implementation of sustainable projects in education, healthcare, empowerment, and activities that bring about the simple joys of life, allowing them an environment where they can thrive.

At the forefront of adolescent empowerment, we champion change through two transformative initiatives: the 'Adolescent Empowerment Program Protection' and the 'Learning and Employment Programme for Vulnerable Adults.' We are committed to uplifting young individuals by tackling issues of child protection and employability. The program is meticulously tailored for impact, targeting vulnerable adolescents aged 14-19 in key states like Bihar, Gujarat, Jharkhand, and Telangana, with a specific goal of achieving a 60% girls and 40% boys balance.
